
Arrival
Please arrive within the times below:
Friday 14th - gates are open from
12pm midday till 8.30pm.
Saturday 15th - gates are open 9am - 8pm.
Sunday 16th -gates are open 9am
The gathering finishes in the morning on Monday 17th Aug.
Food
The cafe will start serving meals on
Friday evening; cakes and teas should be available earlier in the day, and
hopefully juices and smoothies too. If you are arriving earlier in the day
bring some lunch with you. The cafe will serve food throughout the weekend
until breakfast on the Monday morning.
Things you need to bring :
Tent!!!
Sleeping bag, lots of cosy bedding, camping mat
Torch
Towel
Warm clothes and wellies just in case the sun doesn't join us - fingers
crossed he will, so bring light summer clothes too!
Plastic bags/bin bags to put your rubbish in (please take it away with you
at the end if possible)
Anything else you can think of to make yourself more comfortable.
Instruments for playing music around the fire
Money (to buy food if you're not bringing your own)
Yoga Mat - if you have one and want to do the yoga classes
There will be:
There will be bottled water for sale.
Tap water will be available - if you have a water filter feel free to bring
it with you and fill it up at the water points.
There will be cold water showers,
so bring wet wipes if you cant face the cold water.
There will be composting toilets.
Dogs -
please do NOT
bring your dogs with you. We are very sorry but they are not allowed on site
for many reasons.
Drugs and Alcohol
- This is a drug and alcohol free event, so
please respect our wishes for a conscious gathering, and
don't
bring any with you (you may be asked to leave the gathering).
Make sure you buy a ticket
in advance!
People wanting to buy tickets on the gate - we can not guarante there to be
tickets on the gate. There are limited tickets so that we can stay a small
and intimate gathering. If we have sold out, then we have sold out.
If you know people that are wanting to come or say they are coming, please
tell them to make sure they buy their tickets in advance.
Children under 9
(free), please let us know if you are
bringing children, and how many, so we can keep track of how many people are
on site in total.
Camper vans
Please e-mail us to let us know if you are coming in a camper van -

Please
offer lifts to others and do car
shares!!! We have listed it on
www.freewheelers.co.uk
It saves on petrol, reduces impact on the environment and also less cars on
site at the gathering means more field space for us to enjoy!
If you have space in your car and notice people
walking from the bus stop to the festival - pick them up or offer to take
there bags for them.

Public Transport
Take the train to Horsham.
Bus 63 runs from Guildford and Horsham - ask the driver to drop you at
Ellens Green (at the end of Furzen Lane)
It is about 1/2 a mile walk down Furzen Lane.

people driving up now and then to see if people need picking up.
